Where can I get this North States Supergate Easy Open and Lock Gate, Espresso Awesome dog gate!By ArizonaGardenerWe bought this gate to keep our 13 year old border collie and 1 year old grandson from being able to get up the stairs. I love the gate for our dog, it keeps her from trying to go up the stairs. I am not sure how well it would work for a toddler though. It is a gate though and not a play pen, so any parent should be watching their child anyway. I don't think I would use this at the top of top of the stairs without using the included screws to give it more stability to prevent a child from pushing it and possibly falling down the stairs. We wanted a gate that would be pressure mounted and although my grandson has not visited, I think he could possibly pull on it hard enough to pull it out from between the wall.
