It glides smoothly while jogging, a little too smooth at times, you definitely want to wear the safety strap on your wrist. It works great on trails and even the beach, recently spent 5 days on the beach and we used it everyday. the canopy is very large and kept the sun out of my kids faces very well, they also have straps to pull up the slack of the canopy not in use which is one of the main reason i picked this stroller (My two y/o is very tall so his head hits the canopy on all the other jogging strollers he still almost hits but the straps help by giving him an extra two inches). the seats recline almost all the way down so my 6 month old could take a nap while we were swimming and playing. I am in love with the break, it is a large bar that is very easy to set and un set. I had a cheaper single jogger that was a pain to put the break on and eventually it broke off.
