However, I called Joovy's customer service, spoke to a person right away, and was instructed how to adjust the alignment (just loosen or tighten the dial on the front wheel). Prior to calling, I damaged a spring on the front wheel axle while taking it on and off. I mentioned this on the phone call and Joovy said they'll send a whole new front wheel.
