However, I called Joovy's customer service, spoke to a person right away, and was instructed how to adjust the alignment (just loosen or tighten the dial on the front wheel). Prior to calling, I damaged a spring on the front wheel axle while taking it on and off. I mentioned this on the phone call and Joovy said they'll send a whole new front wheel. Do you need Joovy Zoom 360 Jogging Stroller, Black Very disappointedBy Douglas R. GouldJust received this stroller and after assembly our 3 yr old son cannot sit in it without his head hitting the top of the canopy. I can't imagine a 75lb child sitting in it unless its a short 75lb child or a hole is cut in the top of the canopy or it just is never used. Our son is only 39 inches tall and 40lbs. This stroller may be great for us but our son will have outgrown it in a few more months except without the use of the canopy. So what's the point of canopy if you can't use it. The sad point is that the canopy has room for his head if it didn't sag so much. There are snaps which are supposed to increase the clearance but this only prevents the canopy from fully extending. Also the seat back adjusted all the way up still has a recline so he is not sitting upright unless he is not laying against the seat back. How useful Joovy Caboose Stand On Tandem Stroller, Orangetree BEST INVESTMENT YOU CAN MAKEBy Jennifer SullivanI had a similiar stroller "sit n stand" for my oldest two children which were 3 yrs apart and absolutely loved it even though it was more costly than this one and much heavier. Ten years later I have a 2 year old and expecting this spring. I have spent many hours online and in stores searching for a decent double stroller that is not heavy, hard to steer or bulky when folded to no avail. Then I found this! Even though I don't have the baby yet.....it folds up smaller than my single stoller and steers much smoother so I am extemely happy using it with only one child. With the holiday shopping I use the back section to carry packages and my toddler is content in the front, or if he gets bored I swap out positions with the packages. I know without a doubt I will love it even more when the baby comes.The only "problem" if you can even call it that is there is no cup holder or tray for parent. HoffmannMy children are 2 1/2 years apart, so we assumed that our older daughter would walk once our younger one was born, and the baby would ride in our stroller. After an entire summer of carrying the baby and letting my oldest sit in the stroller when she tired of walking, I decided to give my back a break this year and invest in a double stroller. With my now four-year-old, a side-by-side wasn't a good option, because she's big and also likes to hop in and out often. We bought the Sit-N-Stand because they sold it locally at Target, but I had to return it because it was like pushing a train. I'm not a big person, and a 30 pound, long, clunky stroller plus sixty pounds of kids was just too much for me. I returned it. I had tried a friend's Joovy, but now I knew that lighter weight and easier steering were critical when you're pushing two kids. The Caboose Ultralight fits the bill. It turns easily and tightly, and the distance between the front and back wheels is shorter than on the Sit-N-Stand, so it doesn't feel like a train. It's also ten pounds lighter (whew!).
