My 16 month old daughter's head rests right on top of the metal frame, which is quite uncomfortable, especially if you hit a bump, her head bangs right against the frame. She is not unusually tall, around 30" or so. If you want to get this stroller for an "older" baby BEWARE.Other than that glaring issue, this stroller is GREAT! Rides like a dream, basket is huge, cup holders and parent tray are incredibly useful. I highly recommend this for younger babies.
