This product is replacing the audio for my all in one audio, video, and talk monitor that had a terrible buzzing sound for the audio. We plugged this in and turned the audio off on our video monitor and it is amazing to have a night of silence without the buzzing of the other monitor. Yes the base of the monitor is to small and is easily knocked over but the one in our babies room is lended up against some stuff animals high and far from her crib and the parent unit we just lay on its back anyways. There is no volume control in numbers it is either off, low volume, or high volume. We want to hear everything anyways so its always on high. The quality is so good when we tested it we lightly snapped our fingers and hummed and could here it all even when the monitor was all the way across the room and up high. Definietly would recommend for the price and quality.
